Every extraction follows a strict ratio, measured to the gram and timed to the second. We source single-origin beans, roasting them to highlight their natural caramel and chocolate notes before pulling clean, heavy-bodied double shots.

Alongside our espresso bar, we assemble our signature tiramisu daily. We layer delicate ladyfingers dipped in fresh espresso with rich, whipped mascarpone, creating an aesthetic, high-contrast dessert designed to complement your pour.
